- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although my pricing system is not complicated, fee arrangements may differ based upon the type of case or a client's preferences. Available fee arrangements include hourly billing arrangements (where the client pays an hourly rate for the time the attorney spends working on the case), contingency fee arrangements (where the attorney fee is a percentage of the client's recovery), and flat billing arrangements(payment of a sum-certain amount for a particular service).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. This includes attending seminars and conferences on a variety of legal topics and review of a variety of legal and non-legal publications that are relevant to the firm's practice.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Providing legal advice and counsel, civil litigation in Missouri and Illinois, representing individuals and corporate clients in state and federal courts and before administrative tribunals, assistance with environmental compliance and due diligence, representation of clients in environmental enforcement cases.
