Always, I am a lifetime enrolled student at the California Culinary Academy for brush courses or workshops offer on a continual bases.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for cooking began at an early age, I started with my mother's teachings, One of my good friends that is a fireman said Lee your passion and soul is in cooking and you need to go and register for school. 3 weeks later I enrolled in the California Culinary Academy and the rest is history.
