Introduction: David Evans is a "Jack of all Trades" offering Handyman service in your area. Dave uses experience and skill to locate problems with your hvac, plumbing and electric quickly. Replacement parts are found quickly and many parts are right on my truck. I realize that people are busy and they need a service tech who knows the solutions to problems and the cost to do a job right away. I strive to get to your project immediately and at the price I quote to you. I accept check, cash and Credit Cards, so if your not in town and you need a job done at a vacant property , I can work through with the realtor and and use text messages and pictures to show you what is going on. I have been asked to do many kinds of repairs. It's plumbing, then it's electrical, then some carpentry. Some customer even ask me to do combinations of trades, so I have become very good at helping my customers get anything done without calling three different people.
