My massage practice at Manassas Therapeutic Massage, has evolved over the last 10 years. I have consistently expressed my joy and confidence in the power of touch therapy. Completing my A.S. in Massage Therapy was the most natural and rewarding endeavor I have ever started. At every opportunity, I search for mentors who are researching, developing and promoting alternative ways to interact with and impact the human mind, body and spirit. After many years of spending many, many hours of standing and working in the energy field of thousands of people, I developed an ability to connect with parts of them, that we are both surprised to discover.
I have now taken my services on-line! Yes. Tele massage. I am available for distance Reiki Energy Work , AmazinGrace and Prayers. I will also be available to consult on Zoom to assess and suggest self-care to help reduce pain and increase joint range of motion. Until further notice, ALL Touch Therapy and in person appointments will not be available.

I just returned from my second visit to Sonya. I have to say that after the 60 minute massage I felt so relaxed and pain-free. It was amazing. She somehow manages to home in on all my trouble spots and with a combination of regular massage and deep tissue therapy leaves me feeling absolutely wonderful. I can't recommend her more highly. Planning to make this a regular part of my routine!

Update to my previous review. I arrived for my third scheduled appointment to be met by a barking dog at the front door and nothing else. I rang, knocked and waited, rang, knocked and waited - all the while the dog was barking to wake the dead. In the end I left. Totally unprofessional behavior. I'm very disappointed and would most definitely NOT recommend this therapist.

I called and sent a text to this client. I was very disappointed that I was unable to contact her. I was able to call and reschedule with her on Super Bowl Sunday on short notice at her request in the past. I found no evidence that she had been by. This is the first communication that I have had with her. I had just returned from massage training in the Bahamas and was eager to show her my new skills. Ithought that she just wasn't interested or had found another therapist. I have 3 jobs so my time is very limited. I make it a point not to badger my clients. I apoligize for your inconvience. I'm also very disappointed and WOULD recommend this reviewer. I think CJ H is a fine person. A big part of massage is finding the right therapist for YOU. I understand and wish you all the best.
