Mary is an outstanding leader and visionary. She is an infectious optimist with a work ethic I have rarely seen. No job is too big or too small, and she always leads by example. Will never use this company. Paid for the class and the night before, my toddler was up all night throwing up, after my 12 hour shift. He did not fall asleep until 7:30. When I called them later that afternoon, not for a refund, but to just reschedule, I was told by a rude, condescending woman on the phone that it is "the company's policy" they will not allow me to reschedule. Any company that is inflexible and empathetic with an understandable situation Will never again have my business. Rude and ridiculous.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $55 of CPR classes. If you register 2 weeks in advance tyou receive a $10 discount. You also get a $10 discount if you are renewing your certification and have a current American Heart Association CPR card. Your card is valid for 2 years.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only do I teach CPR I also teach other how to become an Instructor. I am Regional Faculty with American Heart Association. I must be reappointed every 2 years.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the Instructor has your interest in mind more so than their own. Getting certified and possessing a CPR card is one thing. Learning high quality CPR and actually being able to perform in a time of need is another. He don't sell cards; we teach skills that save lives!
