FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common massages that we perform are deep tissue and mobility therapy. We have a lot of athletes that come to us needing work for frozen shoulder, help strengthening rotator cuff injuries, and working with the supporting muscles of the feet, ankles, and legs. We do have some clients that look for more emotional healing as well. For emotional work we offer reiki, and some other energy healing. All of the work we do is for a purpose. If you can't move your neck to look over each shoulder, we work with you. If you are a computer typing paper pushing business person, we work with you. If you have any discomforts or really want to maintain the healthy body you have, we work with you. Our most common jobs are everyday people and athletes from sitting too long in the office chair to relieving I.T. Band issues.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you are seeking therapeutic massage I suggest you ask the provider anatomical questions so you know that the therapist won't be rolling over bony landmarks and nerves. A good thing to know is why that therapist became a massage therapist. If the therapist says they did it because they live for healing and they give an example of how they first started, then I'd say they are going to be a good therapist. If they say they did it for the money... probably go with a different therapist!
