Introduction: I provide therapeutic massage for corporate environments, events and parties as well as in-home table massage. I focus on chronic and acute pain relief, relaxation, and body and breath awareness. I use a combination of modalities to best suit your issues, such as deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release and energetic rebalancing. Certified and insured, I have been doing massage for nine years. I also offer health coaching, cooking and menu planning. Using whole foods I love to teach cooking as well as provide meals for your family or office.
