- What types of customers have you worked with?
A big portion of my work right now now is corporate events. We contract a lot of breakfast and lunch meeting. We also get hired for Happy Hour parties at offices. We are expanding our business into house parties and small weddings.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Our largest client is in NYC. We cater to them monthly. Our first job was to feed 300 people for lunch in 1 1/2 hours. When we were finished the feedback was so wonderful on the quality of the food and the level of service. It made me very proud. Since we started the headcount went up to 450.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking for a caterer, make sure that you like the person that you are speaking with. This is a relationship and I will be feeding the people closest to you. Make sure that you can trust that the caterer is going to go above and beyond.
