PLEASE NOTE: We only do mold inspection in MA but do mold removal/remediation in NH & MA. In most instances if you have visible mold , hiring an inspector is a waste of money & better to just get an estimate for removal & put the inspection cost towards a solution instead of paying twice. We feel that mold should only have to be dealt with once, so we use the best Green products on the market as well as have competitive pricing and we were the 1st Mold company to be a member of the BBB in our area as well. (2007ish) We offer affordable solutions without all the hype. Since I got into mold after being ill from exposure to it, I like being able to help restore peoples homes to being the safe haven they expect it to be. It is very satisfying when you see the customer excited about getting part of their property back that had been rendered unusable for so long, or the relief on a parents face when they know they no longer have to worry about the indoor air quality (IAQ) hurting their loved ones. We recently returned to doing Handyman stuff as well as continuing our mold services. We were a handyman company back in 2006 but eventually transitioned into strictly mold but since things are awful economically & getting worse, diversification is key, so here we are. Our hourly rate for Handyman work is competitive, starting at $40/hrs. (Dependant on the project of course)
