- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, mainly my concern is what is the tree(s) close to if indeed they are close to anything at all. All my first time customers get a discounted price and I never charge for estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We just try to make ourselves available to whatever the customer may need by way of tree work by being friendly, honest, and up front about all cost as well as discussing the pros and cons of the different types of tree work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I stay as up to date as possible with new climbing techniques and saftey procedures. And, of course, the invention of new and improved tools even if I can't always afford them.
