FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many factors about a job can influence price. Whether its lawncare or a handyman job. For lawncare the biggest factor is lawn size or sqft. The size of a lawn will determine how long a job takes and how much product needs to be applied. To get the best pricing its always best to get a 4 month or longer agreement. You can save up to 20%! In the case of handyman maintenance services In this business it doesn't make any sense to have a one price fits all because you may overcharge or under charge. Below are some pricing guidelines we try to adhere to. *POWER WASHING sqft $.06 - $.50 - Determining factors being difficulty, surface type, and amount of square feet. These factors determine labor hrs plus what materials and equipment is needed. *LAWN CARE sqft $.005 - $.02 - Determining factors being service type, difficulty, square footage and agreement type. These factors determine labor hrs plus what materials and equipment is needed. When the quote inspection is finished we tally up square footage, make needed adjustments, check to see if you qualify for any discounts, identify available service dates, create an itemized invoice for your review before a payment is made.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With all new customers we listen to their service request. Afterwards a quote inspection is scheduled usually within 48hrs. During this inspection one of our technicians will visit the property to inspect the area of concern. Not only that the technician will visual inspect the entire property to see if there is any other ways we can help. The details of this quote inspection are sent to the potential customer's email along with instructions on how to schedule their service.
