U.K. Chair Massage

Introduction: By adding different styles together, such as Thai and reflexology, my clients will experience a very unique massage experience. I am highly skilled at my craft. My chair massage is perfect for local start -up companies, private parties and corporate events. It will have your team feeling ready for the Olympics or just another week at the office. Table is also available. I specialize in the following styles: * Deep Tissue - This is a strong and slow massage that releases tension in deep layers of the muscles * Thai - This method is working with the major meridians that run throughout the body to harmonize and loosen blocks in the body. This therapy involves deep stretching and compression of the body and will leave you feeling taller and looser. * Sports - This is focusing on the muscle systems in relation to a particular sport to assist training, prevent injury and aid in healing. * Reflexology - This stimulates the reflexes in the feet, which correspond to the rest of the body to bring the body into a more balanced state. * Muscle Neurology - It's bringing a balance between the nervous system and the muscular skeletal system by using techniques of the soft tissue to produce pain relief. This therapy also uses trigger points throughout the body. * Swedish - It consists of relaxing strokes that concentrate on the superficial muscles of the body. * Couple's Massage - This is for couples and/or friends who prefer to have massages simultaneously.
