Introduction: I take each client on as a new and individual project. I look at what their goals are, what they have done in the past, what they liked, what they didn't like, where they are in their level of training and give them what they need in their workout based on this training history. Over the years I have worked under a wide variety of coaches that have given me a multiple ways to approach a problem which will allow me to figure out the best way for me to get the client to where they want to be in a way that fits them best. I enjoy seeing people improve and reach their true potential.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    The certifications which I currently hold require me to meet a certain number of continuing educational credits in order to keep them valid. I attended 1 or 2 seminars a year and stay up on reading so that I am always increasing my ability as a trainer.

    Find someone that is looking to help you and passionate about what it is they are doing

    In the training and fitness world there is often more than one way to get from point A to point B. Sometimes what works for one person is not the best for another. When finding a trainer it is not only important to find someone who you feel comfortable with but also someone who can give you options to reach your goal and find which is the best.
