- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a certified professional it is required to do a certain amount of continuing education every year in order to keep your certification up to date. Regardless of this requirement, I always make it a number one priority to learn as much as possible and grow as a professional in order to provide the best possible service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been athletic and interested in staying physically fit. When I was younger I was addicted to smoking cigarettes. When I finally decided to quit, my personal journey of living a healthy lifestyle really accelerated. I started lifting and exercising 5 to 6 days a week instead of the typical 2 or 3 days. I became close with a number of trainers that worked at the gym I was using at the time because I was there so frequently. That is how I met my mentor who took me under his wing and helped me to get started in the industry. Working and helping others has always been something I have had a passion for.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that you hire someone who is certified through a reputable source and that can also show you proof of their results via photos.
