Upgrade's founder, Dillon Ashley, started the business after years of working for a nationally recognized IT repair firm. He realized the necessity of both a knowledgeable staff and a customer-oriented approach. Our techs are certified. We work with a range of companies, from Apple to Microsoft, and deal with several web hosts and application developers to stay up-to-date on current and upcoming technology. Our techs are always researching and learning about new technologies and actively share that information with our clients. It is always about the customer. Our recent projects have included the complete design and management of Kate Obrien's Irish Pub's website, as well as management of Kate Obrien's online content and social media. Our company played an integral role in moving San Francisco Bay Area Regional Company to their new offices in downtown San Francisco, and setting up a secured network at their new location. Upgrade was also proud to partner with local musician, Enthusiastic P, for the design of his new webpage and the simultaneous release of his album via download through the website itself. The launch was all tracked with Google Analytics and shared with the client.
