I research and read about food and trends a lot .
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was self taught to cook and loved to cook with both my grandmothers from Europe. Everyone always loved my foods so I went to chef school and graduated with honors. I did not want to work in a restaurant because I like to experiment with my own type of cuisine. Managemt of residences comes naturally . I have owned a farm and have worked managing in a hospital setting. I have a lot of practical knowledge.

Working as a chef providing meals daily to a family friends and business clients and guests. Managing an estate on 2 acres and other residences locally
