FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lee Legal offers affordable, transparent pricing for bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, and debt lawsuit defense in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Every new client receives a free confidential consultation — no commitment required. Chapter 7 fees are competitive and often payable in a structured plan. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free, confidential consultation to understand your financial situation — debt load, income, assets, and goals. Attorney Brian V. Lee personally reviews every case. From there, we recommend the best path: Chapter 7, Chapter 13, Chapter 11, foreclosure defense, or debt lawsuit defense. Once you're ready to proceed, we handle all filings, court appearances, and creditor communications. We serve DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia clients in-person or remotely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Lee is a member of the American Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees (NACTT), and the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI). With over 20 years of focused practice in bankruptcy law, foreclosure defense, and debt lawsuit defense across Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia, Brian brings deep, specialized expertise to every client case — not general practice guesswork.
