FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client and project is unique and at the time we sit down together, we discuss design criteria, budgets, timeline and client engagement in the project. Some clients want us to begin the process from schematic design to working documentation or by phases. Once we know what the client is looking for we then we present a detailed proposal of the services that we can provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional experience stems from architectural training, working for many commercial enterprises as well as working directly with some of Arizona top builders for the custom home market. Virtual Space One has worked with clients with different financial restrictions and design criteria offering the best solution for them. In addition, we attend national trades shows, follow the trends and subscribe to numerous trade magazines. Over the years we have become very skillful in the arena of using computerized CAD software and many 3D presentation tools. Our knowledge base also stands out by itself because when hired for field services we know what type of issues may arise and work with the client to discuss options in the most affordable method of correcting the issue. All projects are all managed in the field and office from concept design to building permit and beyond. We have learned that client engagement is key to a successful ending.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
