FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Speak with the provider and make sure there is a real understanding of your wants, and more importantly, your needs and expectations. Be clear not only as to what services you will receive but also as to what medium, format, &/or size you'll receive. *My biggest piece of advice would be NOT to let price/budget alone determine your provider. Your return on investment will be much greater if you allow effective communication and provider's understanding of requirements guide you.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish customers knew the training, knowledge, man hours, creativity, & tools required to provide a professional video production. All too often people feel video production is a simple and easy process. They do not realize that there are 'standards' for professional video. Certain sizes, colors, formats, tools, and processes MUST be adhered to in order to create a professional video production. A video created by an amateur is immediately evident and can create adverse effects to your company's message.
