Mr. Walker was very patient and listened carefully to the issue that I was having with my computers and home network. I had previously hired another company to repair my laptop and connect my systems to my wireless network. Only if I had called him first, I would have saved money. Not only did he repair my laptop, but he also was able to get back the data that the other company said was lost forever, because they just reloaded my computer. Mr. Walker even made it a point to show me how to ensure that my wireless network would not have any future unauthorized users and took time to explain what caused my previous issue. Now, it seems that my internet and computers are operating faster. I heard about Mr. Walker through word of mouth in my neighborhood, all had positive things to say about his politeness and professionalism. His prices were very reasonable. I am very impressed.

Excellent work. On time everytime. Anytime I have a problem all I have to do is call and most of the time through remote access he can fix the problem. I have two desk tops and three laptops and security system through his company. Just a wonderful person to know and have when need to have work done.

The service that I received was thorough and excellent. I was referred by a friend of mine who highly recommended him. I see why. I was taken advantage of by an actual computer shop, which told me that I needed a new hard drive. I got them to install the hard drive but maybe 2 weeks later the pc started having problems again. I took it back to the shop and they wanted to charge me to look at it again. No way! I took it to Mr. Walker and got it fixed right the first time. He even told me that I never needed a new hard drive. I will only let Mr. Walker fixed my pc and my laptop from now on.
