Carrie, you rock! I had as much fun doing the class with you as you had taking it! Hope to see you again soon!

My daughter and I had a great time, while also learning so much! I would recommend it for all mother/daughters...especially for those daughters who are about ready to leave for college.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We offer a highly effective training class that is specifically geared towards addressing the strength issues that come into play between a woman and her possible male attacker. Our program teaches the 10 best self defense moves for women, the use of a kubatan keyring as a self-defense weapon, pepper spray 101, how to disarm an attacker with a weapon, and most importantly- prevention of the situation to begin with through safety awareness training.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Basic is Better! Self-defense classes that are offered by many martial arts studios, are very impressive, but not effective in a panic situation. The self-defense moves you learn should meet 3 basic criteria: 1)Easy (easy to remember, easy to practice, easy to administer) 2)Efficient (the most impact for the amount of energy used) 3)Effective (can be done in any type of environment)
