- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly! Continuing education probably comprises 30% of my time. As a Webmaster I must either keep up with the fast-changing technology, or move aside. I haven't moved yet, nor do I intend to.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Not all webmasters are alike. Some webmasters are personable and easy to talk to (like me!), while others only "speak geek". Hire someone you can really talk to, and who explains things to you; someone who won't talk above you, or below you.
