When I posted my need to have my home power washed Billy was quick to respond & was professional. He answered all of my questions politely with the first telephone conversation including my concerns with a choice of using chemicals or staying organic. I sent him more details including photos of my home via an e-mail the following day which allowed him to quote a price more proficiently. We chose a date for the job & he asked would it be alright to reconfirm in advance & of course I said absolutely & my preferred method of communication was via a text message for which he followed thru with! He arrived on a day that Mother Nature wasn't very cooperative with but he did the job regardless of the rain which was awesome as we were preparing our home to be photographed & had a timeline. Billy does an excellent job & even asks you if you would like to do an inspection making sure your happy with the job before he leaves. I highly recommend Wax That Chasis by Billy McLaughlin to anyone & I even asked him for some business cards to give to my friends & neighbors! Thanks again Billy for a wonderful fresh look on my house!

Bill took the time to check out my roof before providing a quote. He was flexible on scheduling and showed up on time for the job. He was very customer oriented and made sure I was made aware of any issues with my roof.
