Introduction: I'm from the old school, I remember a time when business owners actually knew their customers by first name and appreciated their business, greeted them with a smile, asked about their kids or pets and THAT is why I stand out from the rest (plus we do a more thorough job than most of our competitors for a lower price!) Meeting a lot of really nice people day to day and being able to fix their drain problems for a fair price, providing that extra personal customer service and care, showing them I actually do appreciate their business and I know they could have called another company, but they didn't, they called me and for that I'm grateful and I show it.

I was very pleased with the prompt and straight forward service. They kept me informed through out unclogging my floor drain. In the end I felt like the information that I was given was solid and made good sense. I was explained in terms I could understand what was wrong, what was done to resolve it, and most importantly how to prevent it in the future. I have used one of their competitors in the past, they led me to believe that I needed to have $7k+ in service needed to dig up all the pipe and replace it. ECONO explained my options and how to avoid having the huge bill. In the end, my bill was reasonable and matched what I would expect to pay for the service I was given.

I have used ECONO for both a major emergency and an annual preventative procedure with my sewer. After my sewer backed up, ECONO arrived quickly and fixed the issue. I was then told by the technician that annual maintenance would prevent a similar occurrence. I took his advice, have the preventative maintenance done annually, and have not had another emergency, saving me quite a bit of money. This was not the case with another company I went with prior to discovering ECONO. The emergency I had was rather frequent prior to enlisting ECONO. Their people are very friendly and are quick to share their expertise. I highly recommend ECONO.

ECONO Sewer And Drain, LLC is a fantastic company with the lowest prices around. Their customer service is unmatched, and their knowledge is invaluable. They were recommended to me by friends who swear by them, and now I do, too. I highly recommend them if you're in need of sewer and drain services. I had another company come out to look at a basement drain issue. They came out, "fixed" the problem. A week later, the same drain began backing up. Had to wait another day to have them back out and they couldn't fix the issue. I got fed up and called ECONO Sewer and Drain, and lets just say, I'll be using ECONO going forward for any drain issues in the future. They fixed the problem the other guys couldn't, they were out to my house within 30 min., and were able to address my drain problem within an hour. PLUS, they were about 2/3 cheaper than the FIRST company I had come out to look at it!

* Confirm the company is "real" and not some guy working out of the trunk of his car. * Check Years of experience * Ask about methods used to clear drains * Confirm that the technician is able to protect your "finished basement" from the mess of drain cleaning - if applicable. * Ask for referrals especially if you will be needing this type of service often - like a property manager or restaurant. * Check the company website for a price list to know what to expect and to avoid "bait-and-switch" pricing. * Ask if the company has all drain cleaning tools necessary to complete the task in one visit - without having to call a colleague to come "help out." Calling a colleague to come "help out" usually means an increased charge to the consumer, that could be "bait-and-switch" pricing.
