- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a per hour fee and do offer some flat fee services for equipment dropped off in our service center. We also provide emergency services for our business clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very important for us to get the big picture and a full review to ensure we are providing the best service, advise to be cost effective.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We partner with most manufactures and are certified Cisco, Microsoft and TrendMicro Security consultants.
