- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our assessment price is simple. Onsite Assessment is $50.00 which includes travel time, expenses and 1 hour. Based upon the assessment we will provide a full written proposal. If the proposal is approved. We credit back $50.00 towards the approved proposal. For many other issues we charge by the hour. Our rates are : Onsite tech services 95.00 per hour, remote support services 35.00 per remote support session connection. Over 4 hours we provide discounts on the hourly time for onsite performance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All our new PC, Laptop or Server clients needs to be assessed. Either onsite assessment or by remote assessment. The new client must approve us to review their technology hardware or software. Without a proper assessment and visual understanding, its difficult to provide the correct solution. If any technology company proposed an amount to fix or resolve an issue without an assessment? They are performing a dis-service to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved in technology for over 27 years personally. From Windows 3.1 all the way to Windows 10, Windows Server 2003,2008, 2012, 2016. Spent many hours, reloading operating systems, learned over 30 titles of software, installed and configured hundreds of software, routers, Wifi, modems, networks, backup files etc.. I do my best to keep up with certifications and my onsite experiences that have taught me the best way to resolve issues.
