- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for the right agent to represent you in a purchase or sale of real property it is important to find out how experienced they are. Find out how long they have been an agent and find out how much volume they have sold and the number of closed sales they participated in. One of my more proud accomplishments is the statistics of my sales; I have sold over 175 separate tax parcels totaling in excess of $14,000,000.00 just in the last 5 years in a town with a population of 1700. I have been a full time Real Estate Agent for the 13 years.
