- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First determine the approximate items that the customer wants. Set up a free one hour consultation to determine colors and talk over contract.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We go into the venue on the day of the wedding and setup (linens) that the customer has rented from us. We work this out ahead of time with the venue and the bride/groom.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Meet in person to see if that person has the same goals in mind as you. There are so many factors that determine the cost for your event. Every bride is different. Let's work to stay within your budget. Look at their contract and ask lots of questions. Are deposits refundable? Do you have a referral program?
