Full lipid profile:
Screening includes a fasting finger stick analysis for high-density lipoprotein (HDL), low-density lipoprotein (LDL), total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides, TC/HDL ratio, blood glucose, blood pressure, body fat analysis, and body mass index (BMI). Results are obtained in approximately 15 minutes. We require a minimum of 40 participants.
Total cholesterol and glucose:
Screening includes a non-fasting finger stick analysis for high-density lipoprotein (HDL), total cholesterol (TC), TC/HDL ratio, blood glucose, blood pressure, Body fat analysis, and body mass index (BMI). Results are obtained in approximately 15 minutes. We require a minimum of 40 participants.
Prostate specific antigen (PSA) - males only:
Screening includes a non-fasting finger stick blood analysis to identify potential prostate cancer in men age 50 and older. Dried blood sample is forwarded to the lab for examination. Participants receive individual reports via mail within 2-4 weeks. We require a minimum of 40 participants.
Nicotine screening:
Screening includes a urine sample to measure cotinine levels after nicotine product use within a 34 to 36-hour period. Results are obtained in approximately 10 minutes. We require a minimum of 40 participants.
