I attend as many trainings as I can each year. A full toolbox is my greatest asset to clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After years of low back pain, I began to incorporate mindfulness into my lifestyle. Acupuncture, herbs, yoga and massage therapy were the best ways to blend mindfulness and activity. They are excellent professional fits for me.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Clients come in for various reasons, but finding the best way to have ease in the body is most common. It doesn't matter whether the client seeks to ease pain, digestive disorders, stress or otherwise. We work together to define the goals that would improve the quality of your daily life, and then we work together to achieve them.
