We offer consulting, day-of-wedding coordination, and full-service wedding planning. Here is what you can expect when you choose me as your planner: * Focus on your dreams and how to make them happen in the budget that you have * Creativity and help defining each detail of your day * Organization, communication of details and where we are in the process at all times * Promptness in returning phone calls to you and to vendors * Reliability * A calm force on your big day to intercept any situations or family members who are causing you stress * A detailed itinerary for the day down from when each part of your family will arrive for pictures to when you will toss the bouquet. You won't have to worry about any of these things. I will just let you know when it's time for them to happen. * A fun planning process. There's nothing I love more than dreaming with a new bride about their big day, hearing the engagement story, and planning a day that fits them. What we offer: * Consulting - Let's spend a few hours ironing out any details that you need help with. I can give you a good idea of the steps to walk through in planning and a guideline on spending based on your budget. Ask me any question, and I will work to set you up for success, as you plan your own wedding! This service is by the hour. A consulting appointment is $40/hour. * Day-Of-Wedding Coordination - You plan your big day, and I come to be your helping hand on the day of the wedding to make sure that what you envisioned happens without you needing to worry about it while you walk down the aisle. We would meet a couple of weeks before the wedding day, so I can be up-to-date on your itinerary. I will help coordinate your rehearsal and will help on the day to welcome vendors, get your wedding party get down the aisle at the right time, make sure ushers are in place, make sure all the elements of the reception happen at the right time, and make sure that you are taken care of. The day-of coordination will run between 500-1,000, depending upon the number of guests that you will have in attendance and if there is a separate venue for the ceremony and the reception, as this would mean I would need a second coordinator with me to make sure everything runs smoothly at both locations. * Full Service - We will sit down and work on your dream together. You tell me what you are looking for, and we'll work on a proposal of what catering to price, what venue to book and what you want your day to look like. With this service, I will make sure every detail happens leading up to the wedding, as well as on the day-of. Your wedding experience will flow seamlessly from your Save the Date cards to your exit from the reception as husband and wife. Full-service wedding planning packages vary based on your needs, guests in attendance and venues. Our normal fees will run from $1,800 to $3,000.
