- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
all my estimates include cleaning interior, exterior, screens and window tracks as well as window sills on the interior and the frames on the exterior. There are no extra hidden charges. I will always be upfront about pricing and what is involved in the execution of the job. If I give you an estimate on the phone, it is generally a ballpark estimate based on many years of similar homes cleaned by us. once I arrived on site we will get on the same page with the size and cost of the job. you are under no obligation at this point.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give customers that are using me for the first time a breakdown of exactly how the job is going to go down. I also encourage the customer to participate in the inspection post job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I subscribe to the American Window Cleaner publication and am active in the IWC network. I'm always sampling new chemicals and equipment that can make my job more efficient and increase the quality of my work. I also keep an open mind to what my customer need in terms of services that are in my scope. It's also very important to keep up with all the industrial standards and comply with osha regulations.
