- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first have an initial consultation, usually first by phone, to get to know each other better, find out what you are wanting to achieve, what your budget is, and what your preferred style is. Then we have another initial meeting either in our showroom or your home/business so we can start to "bring it all together". Our design consultants then make their recommendations based upon all that they have gathered and put together a budget. If all is agreed upon, we move forward into the final selection stage and provide a final proposal. Once your project commences, it is usually 4-6 weeks to installation - sometimes less and sometimes more, depending on the specifics of your project. Then we arrive to install your products with our "white glove touch" method to leave your home/business transformed with our "magic"!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions!! How long have they been in this industry? Do they offer multiple product lines or just one? Ask for recommendations and/or referrals. Make sure all of your questions and concerns are answered before you proceed with the service.
