Introduction: SoCal Fitness Boot Camp is a weight loss boot camp for women. This outdoor fitness program is designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals by utilizing fun, challenging, and invigorating activities.
We have camps in Oceanside (5:30 a.m.), Carlsbad (5:45 p.m.), Encinitas (5:30 a.m. and 7:00am-Saturdays), Vista (5:30 a.m.), and Escondio (5:45pm).
This boot camp for womens program is 4 days a week, for 1 hour a day, and is instructed by a certified fitness trainer. Programs include fitness instruction, nutrition tips, and motivation.
Our workouts are designed with all shapes of women in mind. From the avid athlete, bored of the same routine, to the beginner, just starting to workout for the first time; we create the perfect workout that will help you get to your fitness goals.
