- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I aim to provide clients with professional, timely results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a few e-mails to determine the scope of work, I prefer to complete 10-25% of the proposed project. Then I will bill the client for the work completed. Once paid, we can proceed with another quartile of work.
