Introduction: My prime mission of delivering yoga therapy is to guide you through the experience of body-and-mind connection by utilizing principles of ancient yoga science in collaboration with other holistic wellness approaches. I personalize my yoga teaching based on client's needs and requests. I draw experience and knowledge from many yoga styles, especially deep stretch from Yin Yoga, alignment from Iyenger and Kripalu Yoga, and energy movement from Kundalini Yoga. As well as, by applying Thai massage techniques to balance the movement and relaxation. As a mother of two year old, I understand the importance of prenatal and postnatal yoga. I will design a special yoga practice sequence for pregnancy and after period, that will help to connect to your body and ease the pre and post natal discomfort. At the begging of every session I will run a quick Ayurveda based survey to check with your emotional and physical state, which will help to structure more personalized experience. As a teacher, I hope to help and assist you treasure yoga and develop your own consistent and joyful practice on and beyond yoga mat!
