Kathryn is an excellent yoga instructor. She can teach advanced classes as well as beginners. What's nice is, she can instruct an advanced course, with modifications for people at a beginner or intermediate level, and everyone can get the full benefits of the class. Kathryn also keeps the class serene and peaceful for everyone.
