- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may vary depending on distance, travel time, class length, equipment, and other necessities. It runs roughly $90-$130. Please feel free to inquire about options that work for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it is a client looking for regular sessions and has particular goals or concerns, I like to meet up once in advance or call and get a feel for what you are looking for, any injuries or details that might help me before our class. Then a trial class is offered where we can get a starting point of your mobility, likes and dislikes, and any questions. Then we continue with our regular classes from there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am 500 hour certified through yoga alliance. I completed my 200 Hour through Yoga Works in 2013. I completed my 300 hour in India at Rishikesh Yog Peeth in 2015. Currently I am in a yoga therapy training program through the Soul of Yoga Institute in Encinitas California. This 800 hour program includes yoga for heart disease and cancer, yoga for addiction recovery, senior and chair yoga, Lifeforce yoga for anxiety and depression, Yoga nidra and deep relaxation for PTSD, ayurveda, and more. It is a beautifully built curriculum and has truly shown me how much yoga has to offer to a wide range of clients.
