- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently completed an Advanced 50 hour training, and I am always attending workshops and classes so that I can continue to learn.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important to feel comfortable and safe with your yoga instructor, to feel that they are knowledgeable, but also that they do not come to their instruction with any set of expectations for what their students SHOULD be doing. Yoga meets us where we are, and our instructors should as well.
