- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Technicate provides hourly and fixed project rates for projects longer than 60 days. There is a 5% discount offered on all projects greater than 100 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Technicate begins with the design phase. The design phase is where we gather the milestone for a minimum viable product. This allows the customer to go-live with their product faster. The design phase is followed by the development phase. The development phase consists of the completing the milestones to go-live, as defined in the design. Finally, we go-live with the project and enter into the maintenance phase. Giving clients the opportunity to continue evolving their product or system throughout its life-cycle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technicate Solutions, Inc. has software engineers, project managers and designers on staff that have a minimum of 4 years (Bachelors of Science or Engineering)
