- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mostly everything is based on national, PA, & local averages per unit of measure (sq. ft., LF, Etc.). Some small or troubleshooting projects are billed hourly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner grew up in the construction industry. Father was a drywaller, and had an uncle in almost every trade. Began working in the construction fields at the age of 10.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What does your gut feeling say?? Make sure you have a good feeling with your contractor in the initial meeting & estimating process. You will be working with them for a period of time.
