FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In a field of art that so heavily depends on cutting edge technology as well as creative inspiration, it is imperative for me to always be looking to learn. I purchase classes from individuals who are experts at things like photoshop processing, lighting, business, management and understanding, and so on. I feel like it is my responsibility to always be looking to learn from other photographers, books, classes, anything I can get my hands on. That is what makes my job so fun. It doesn't stop here, I get to keep developing!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in wedding photography (engagements, bridals, and wedding day) and in the newborn "journey" (maternity, birth, and newborn portraits). I have and do take clients for other types of portraiture, but these are my specialties.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice I can give is to choose a wedding photographer who you feel like you could get along with long term as well as loving their work. I would dare say they should even have the potential to be your friend. Feeling uncomfortable with your photographer is the first step to you looking uncomfortable in your pictures.
