My experience training with Yva is what a good training suppose to be: regenerative for body and mind. Takes me to a better place each time and overall during the process. I feel comfortable and with permission to improve each time, knowing that my trainer believes in me and will facilitate to bring the best efficiency from my current physical level of motion.
