Not enough can be said about how great of an experience my wife and I had with Zen Windows. From the initial consultation with Ty (which just felt like a conversation, no high pressure sales tactics), to measurements with Scott, emailing with Ericka over lead-times, billing with Sandy, and finally Doug and the team doing the final installation; the entire process was a pleasure and felt easygoing, like dealing with a family. Zen Windows philosophy of having that conversation & make sure its the right fit for you and your home made my wife and I feel VALUED as people and not just an easy commission. They understand that large purchases such as windows shouldnt be made in a day or under pressure to commit by x day as so many competitors in the business operate. Even if we didnt like the windows, I told Ty that his sales approach was one of the most respectable that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My wife and I DID take the time to research and compare other window manufacturers and the Provia line that they installed in our home is EXTREMELY well regarded by both homeowners and installers around the country! Check any forum online and theres almost unanimous praise for Provias manufacturing process for quality and efficiency of their windows and doors. The lead times were not bad at all, maybe 3-4 weeks from the day they placed the order for 21 windows to be installed. The team worked fast, cleaned up any debris from the old windows, and did an excellent job caulking the seams. Our home is cooler, quieter, and the windows look exceptional! Did I mention that Zen Windows pricing is competitive? Extremely! Highly recommended company and I suggest talking with Ty!

From my first contact on their website, to the crew cleaning up after doing the install, this company was helpful, courteous, responsive, & professional. They do not use any hard sell tactics like many other companies do. The product manager kept me informed & I never had to ask any question twice. The windows came in a week earlier than expected! The crew (Marcos & team) arrived 20 minutes early in the morning & had my 11 windows installed, including all the trim work and cleanup, by about 2pm. We had 5 estimates from different companies, and Zen offered the nicest windows at our price point. In fact, we added 3 windows to our original project because the cost was so reasonable. Our new Provia Endure windows are gorgeous. We are very satisfied & highly recommend.

I am beyond grateful for how seamless the whole window replacement was for me due to Zen Windows and their amazing team. The price was very reasonable, the staff were friendly and responsive, and the installation took less than a day. I wanted to have them double-check something a few days later, they came back and were super helpful and even did a quick fix on something that wasn't even their fault (two of the windows had a loose piece under the ledge, it was like that before but I hadn't noticed and they quickly nailed and caulked it). I can't recommend them enough and have already told every homeowner I know about them.

I had a great experience with Zen Windows. From the beginning I felt they were trying to consult different cost effective options. For my project I received three different quotes from Zen and two other local companies. Zen was not only the best value but I felt I could trust them and wasnt being sold. The entire process was very easy, the material came on time and the installation crew was fantastic! The scope of my project was 30 new windows and a custom front door. I highly recommend this company.
