Nick is an exceptional personal trainer . He has worked with me on a fitness and strength program for the last 8 months. By following Nick's program of exercises and having the individual session once a week, I have gained strength, lost weight , and feel much better with more energy. He has an excellent knowledge of the latest fitness and strength trends and equiptment. He tailored a program to my individual goals and helped me achieve them. He has a vast knowledge of anatomy and injuries as well. He knows just how far to push you. At the end of a session with Nick, I always felt exhausted but also felt good. He doesn't have me do the same exercises every week to keep it interesting and to work on different areas. Beyond that, he is a really good guy, always positive and encouraging.

Hi,my name is Diane, I am a 48 yr. old woman who has been over weight for most of her life!! I joined the gym in Nov. 2010, where I was greeted by Nick, who I found to be very kind and knowledgeable, and definitely knew what he was talking about. For a couple months I went to the gym and just did my own thing, after a while with little results I decided to join Personal training with Nick. My first week I knew this is what I needed. After a couple of weeks the weight started to come off.Nick is not only an awesome Personal Trainer ,but also I find that he really cares about his clients and truly wants them to get fit. I know that Nick takes his job very seriously, and I never had a question that he did not know the answer to, or if he did not know he would find out before the next time we met. Without Nicks guidance and motivation I would not be where I am today!! As of today I am down 44 pounds and have muscles that I did not know existed. I would highly recommend Nick to be your Personal Trainer and also your friend. Thank you, Diane Shaver, A very happy client!!!

I always felt or believed I did not need a P.T. because I was going to a gym three to four times a week. However, this past spring I had an illness which prevented me from going through my "usual" workouts for a period of five months. Thus, I was fairly well out ofshape (and strength) when I was finally able to resume physical activity. I had Nick as a P.T. for a few sessions before my illness; I felt his guidance would help me build my physical stamina prior to and during the resumption of my gym routines. When I was ready to get rolling again; Nick had asked if I would agree to train with Aaron, his colleague who would work the Amherst site. Knowing Nick's professionalism and expertise, I knew working with Aaron would be a seamless transfer. I must say Aaron has exceeded my expectations; he gauged my abilities from day one. He knew I had just recovered from treatments that halted my physical activities for several months so, he set my goals accordingly. He worked me per my existing capabilities and knew my potential to push myself harder. Since he knew what I potential I had, he pushed me harder each session.Aaron seems to have a knack at sizing up his client's abilities. My complaints about the exercises being too hard did not make him alter his plan for me ; he pushed me until I completed each set of reps, moans, gripes and all. Every week, I could feel myself getting stronger and feeling more fit. My balance and strength are improving rapidly; I may be a Mr. Atlas by 2013 ! In all seriousness, Aaron knows his "stuff"; he plans each session with my overall goal in mind and never gives in to my complaints about the rigor he puts me through. He has given me a supplemental home based plan as well. In all, the program is a "total package" for personal fitness. In sum, I highly recommend Aaron to anyone in Buffalo / Amherst area looking for a reliable, skilled and knowledgeable P.T. Mike

We started working with Nick in May of 2011. On our first meeting he struck us as knowledgeable, personable, and attentive to our goals. We both had some sports related injuries and Nick has always been good about modifying workouts as needed to avoid further injury, but continues to push us to strengthen those weak areas. As our fitness goals have changed and evolved Nick has always stepped up to the challenge of making the workouts increasingly challenging to maximize our gains. Nick then introduced us to Aaron who we began working with in the fall of 2011. Aaron brings a lot of energy and fun into the workouts and its clear he loves challenging himself and others to achieve their goals. We cannot say enough good things about these two. Their training knowledge, education, and attention to form and detail make them excellent trainers and their positive attitudes and enthusiasm provide great motivation for great workouts. Thanks for getting our wedding bodies in shape!

I have been working with Nick and have known him for the past four years. He impressed me as a trainer the first time I met him. I had lost 50 pounds and wanted to keep the pounds off. He has more than helped me keep that goal. Even through physical setbacks that I have had, he keeps me motivated. My body fat has decreased and I have never felt better in my life. At my age you need to have balance and agility and Nick helps me with that. He always focuses on form and doing things the right way. I have seen other personal trainers but they don't seem to pay that much attention to their clients. Nick is not like that and always pays attention to your specific needs. I would recommend him to my family, my friends or any one that wants to be physically fit. I consider him the best personal trainer and also my friend.
