- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is per hour, you will pay me when we meet for each section. We will meet at my office for a lesser fee, or at a public library for a higher fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask questions about the topics or chapter that you are studying in hopes of helping you recall your questions or confusions. We can discuss the topics or we can begin the problem-solving process immediately if you have a grasp of the topic.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taught math, first grade to college calculus, during my professional career. I mainly tutor now and teach online. I have a graduate degree in math with further studies in math education and math theory. I teach geometry online and also Algebra. I have also taught Precalculus for several years at a private coop. I study Calculus and still work through my textbooks so my knowledge and skills are precise.
