- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am currently in Nursing School so therefore I am able to incorporate what I have learned from exercise science with the new information I am learning about nursing.

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My father was recently diagnosed with type II diabetes. We knew that this ran in his side of the family, but he never expected it to happen to him. I was ready to take on the challenge! I knew I had to remove myself from being his daughter and truly push my father to achieve a higher level of wellness. I did alot of research on what was an appropriate way to motivate and educate people with this disease. There were days that I let him choose his workouts and there were days when I had to be his personal drill sergeant! Long story short, after a few months he started to moved down to a healthy weight and was eventually weaned off of his shots. I was very proud of him, not just as one of my clients, but as my father!
