- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are so many variables like furniture moving and baseboards and subfloor leveling. We like to see the space and get to know the customer and their needs so we can give a accurate price and base it on the best flooring solution for each individual customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple. We first obtain basic information, setup an appointment. At the appointment we will get your room measurements, look at samples, answer any questions you might have and give you an estimate. With us, there is no guess work. You know exactly what is going on around your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We operate a professionally run business, and education and training is a very important part of what we do everyday. Our education involves intensive training at our headquarters in Atlanta where we do hands on training that combines to a total of 100 hours.
