FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First of all, if you have an insurance claim that will pay for your roof replacement or roof repair, you will only be out of pocket for your deductible and other items your insurance company won't cover (i.e. rotten decking). Our cash pricing is straight forward. We pride ourselves on providing high quality products and service. We offer discounts to first responders, teachers, and the military (active and veterans) who pay via cash/check/credit card (not applicable to those who take advantage of our financing options). We offer several different financing options through GreenSky and Acorn.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule an appointment for a free roof inspection. Then we will educate you on our findings and explain the best possible solutions to your problems. If you don’t have any roofing problems, but suspect a strong storm created some wind or hail damage, you can still call us for a free inspection. If we do find any issues with your roof, it is our promise to you to not make any unnecessary recommendations. Your address will stay in our database so that if any major storms come through your area, we will notify you and schedule a time to inspect your roof for damage. We listen to the problems you’re facing and work diligently to help you. We are a roofing company, but we also have extensive, trusted relationships with subcontractors in every aspect of construction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder, Philip, has an unlimited home builders license, a master of accountancy degree from Auburn University, and has extensive home remodeling experience. We have an extensive training program for our team and attend multiple roofing conferences each year so we can be cutting edge with our products, building codes, and technology.
