I can highly recommend Potts & Young. My family had retained another firm in Sheffield, touted as an expert in elder care, to handle my aunt's estate. Although the estate should have been closed within 6 months, a year later we were still waiting and wondering and could not get any reliable information from the Sheffield firm. We couldn't even get a return call from the purported handling attorney. After retaining Potts & Young, we learned of the mistakes the Sheffield firm had made. Potts & Young re-filed corrected probate papers and, within 6 months after that, the estate was settled as it should have been from the start. Potts & Young provided expert advice, kept us informed, and got the job done.
